Paioli Forks oil change

has anyone ever changed oil on the Paioli Forks
These are on a DB4 1999 ?
I've found a PDf with something for DB2 and SB6R and SB6
RSU41 and RSU46 were their manuals
not having the RSu43 for the DB4 Forks (Paioli)

These forks at the bottom have a nut and screw with an (H) on the fork
looks like the top of the fork adjustment but way smaller adjustments
(not sure what those adjust for )

looking for instructions , hoping its not that hard of a disassembly to just change the oil

These forks have never had the oil changed since 1999 with about 1,500
miles on the bike , (They arent leaking and do work perfect)
Not sure how much gunk or broken down oil might be after that many years

Any help out there would be appreciated

One way to go about this ( if you don't get the manual ) is to do one side at a time and measure what you get out, and replace with the same amount. The "H" on the leg may stand for hard, meaning when turned clockwise it will increase rebound or compression. Be sure to use cartridge fork oil not regular fork oil, as it is way to thick. Removing the top caps to replace the oil is much better than trying to pump it in the small drain holes.

I have a service manual that I can email you. Send me a PM, if you still need it.

Paioli Fork Tools

I found the PDF RSU46 manual , unless you have something different

Looks like you were the only one to help out here on the Forum
GUESS NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER HAS THEIR OIL CHANGED ON THEIR
PAIOLI FORKS BEFORE

I GUESS THE WEATHER IS GETTING COLD AND SNOW ON THE WAY
WITH THE GUYS WHO OWNS BIMOTAS WITH THESE FORKS , THEY CAN'T RIDE MUCH MORE SOON MAYBE IT WILL BE TIME TO WORK ON THE BIKES AND
CHANGE FORK OIL THROUGH ALL THE MONTHS THEY CANT RIDE ANYMORE

BUT FOR ME WITH ALL YEAR ROUND SUNSHINE AND PLENTY OF RIDING
WEATHER I HAVE TO GET THE BIKE MAINTENANCE DONE REGULARLY

thanks for your help with the manual offer , what I may need IS the Paioli tool that removes the inner cartridge (could possible make this tool)
Dont think too many shops will carry these tools

I usually take my suspension to a shop for service. I have spoken to Dave at GP Suspension and he said he could do it, even though it's been a few years since he has serviced Paioli. I called a local shop in Fort Worth who does some of my other bikes and he said "no problem". He is very familiar with them!
