This thread would be for anyone who needs to do so, but as I own a DB2 here is where i'll post it.
I bought the screen form Gustafsson Plastics
http://www.bikescreen.com/index.html and it arrived in good tme at a rasonable cost. It was a touch big so I called and he gave me three options (Don't remember the other two) and I took he fix it yourself with advice from him. I used a belt sander with 100 grit belt (fairly used so less abrasive) and a sanding sponge to finish the edges. I did not buy the drill bit they suggest but ground my own from a standard 2 flute.

This drill now cuts a hole and reams it to the final size in one fast step. No chatter, grabbing or chips.
I clamped the screen in three places, marked the holes from the inside and drilled the holes.
The scren has a black edge so you have to use the special poly type tape to get a clean edge (Masking tape did not work). Spray in multiple light coats (I took 8 to have it right.)
