Bimota in Moto 2. - Ducati.ms

Moto 2 will be the new category of the Moto GP championship in 2010, when 250 cc dissapears.
Bimota thinks to participate in Moto 2 with a a new frame.
We can see this new prototype in action the next year in the CEV (spanish Championship), or perhaps this year.

The Bimota Moto 2 is ready for to ride the next week in Italy and will be tested for Carlos Checa soon.

are you sure ? carlos checa will ride next season the althea ducati in wsbk...

are they building a bike for a specific team as Bimota is no where on the provisional entry list? Also unable to find any further information on this when doing a search on the net?

Would love to know more if you have any info though

There are two teams interested in Bimota for 2011.
They want to make sure that the bike will be OK for to win in 2011.

A new Bimota with a Honda CBR 600 engine (not a Moto 2 Engine) is a proyect, and will be seems to the Moto 2 machine.

The official presentation will be in Verona (Italy) in February, probably, with the new DB7 Biposto.
