Hmmmm did that help or hinder the Bimota cause? I get a feeling that most new bikes, due to CAD engineering and the like, are so well thought out and sorted that the "This is the best bike" quote is a thing of the past. When you spend millions to develop a race bike and transfer that technology into street machines in a proven way it is hard to go wrong. Perhaps that is why people are so interested in style. You can't go wrong with the rest.

I have long thought that the "best bike" thing was dumb. Just a way for bike magazines to sell new bikes. So, I've stopped buying the bike mags that have "shootouts" of street bikes on the track. Irrelevant to me.
