Bimota Tesi 3D exhaust upgrade

I will be getting my new Bimota Tesi 3D here pretty soon. One of the upgrades I plan on doing is getting an aftermarket exhaust system.

What slip on and full exhaust systems are available for the Tesi 3D ???

I know that Zard makes a slip on set, and depending on who you talk to, Zard may or masy not make a full system by special order.

I know that Moto Corse makes both a slip on and full system

And Arrow makes both a slip on and full system

Does any one else make exhausts for the Bimota Tesi 3D???

And

Does anyone know which system give the best performance gains and weight loss??

Any thoughts regarding which system looks best on the bike are also welcomed

thanks for any replys

the only exhaust i am aware of is moto corse. both arrow & zard do not list exhausts for the tesi 3d - where did you find the listings?

I spoke with the Zard USA importer and was told that a Zard full system was being developed and that I could place a special order for one, but told me I may need to wait an unknown length of time to get one.

I found both slip on and full systems for both the Bimota DB6/DB6R and Tesi 3D on a european website (Ill have to look it up/find my notes)....the Arrow.IT website I believe only lists a slip on, but I communicated by email and was told that a full system is available...The USA Arrow importer told me that only the slip on can be bought in the USA....so it seems to be a european only item....

And you are wright about the Moto Corse....and in fact I know it is the most expensive and most likely the best built quality. I do not know how these systems compare regarding performance gains and/or weight lost over the stock exhaust.

I definately want a full system to both loose the extra weight but to ditch the cat...and the stock exhaust looks OK but the exhaust piping of the stock unit is not as clean and neat as I would like (having some of the pieces that make up the exhaust being pressed out and assembles).

An aftermarket exhaust I hope will improve the looks of the Tesi 3D as much as it will improve the function of the bike.

I am thinking that I should get the Moto Corse because in my mind they make the best handcrafted systems out ther, but it cant hurt to look see what else may be available

My father has a Zard on his Sportclassic SE (paul smart style) and i like it alot, quite loud but sounds good and good quality to. Loved the Box it came in drop shipped from Italy (he ordered right through Zard importer), came with a packing list in italian, and UK spec sheet for emissions n such, thats it lol.

My wife has a Zard in his DB5 and i like a lot.
I have a motocorse in my SB8R and it is fantastic.
I think that a Zard exhaust is a good option, i spoke with the spanish dealer (the same that Bimota and motocorse), and they told me that Zard is very good for the Tesi.
Motocorse is very good, but is more expensive than Zard.
