Italian cheese
From another forum, a list of what to do to your Bimota:
12. Replace all the Allen screws made out of Italian cheese with
stainless or Ti.

So I just had to ask and the internet supplied a great answer. Never heard of ERGAL. However: http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/19128/Ergal
The only problem could be corrosion, no? Does Ti corrode?

Catiman, Thanks for the weblink. Have had to work on a bike that has had Ergal bolts put on it twenty years ago, no problems of course it did not sit under a tree in the backyard. Just use a thread prep and no problems also the bolts still look like new.

ERGAL bolts? Where on the bike and what bike, was it a stock feature?
I am looking for a suplier who will sell me Ti bolts in box qty. Perhaps ERGAL is even better.
