DB1 Clip On Repairs - Ducati.ms

I have a slightly bent handle bar on one of the clip ons on my DB1. The aluminium forging is OK. Does anyone know if the bar can be removed from the forging. Is it possible it is an interference fit and a bit of carefully applied heat to the forging will free up the bar. Cheers in anticipation.

Unfortunately the parts book only shows one part number for the bar with the forging attached. It might be better to find someone who could attempt to straighten the bar without disturbing the forging. Good luck!

I know you posted this inquiry in August of last year and you may have fixed the problem, Ive replaced both handlebars on my DB1,apply some heat to the clamp and the bar will come out
