BIMOTA may use the "old" Ducati engines as Ducati may not want to sell their newest mill to another manufacturer.
I think that Carbon Fiber frames will be limited editions as this kind of ultra expensive technology would price the bikes out of reach of most buyers. I think BIMOTA will have entry level bikes, specials, and limited editions with a price spread to allow more sales. BIMOTA could do this without compromising its high level of quality if done correctly.
I also think that BIMOTA will try to keep itself above the competition by continuing to use limited production methods to produce finer quality parts and essentially hand assembled machines for the buyer who wants something unique and outside the main stream of mass production manufacturers.
Time will tell......BIMOTA does not seem to be doing all that well here in the USA....with the world economy in trouble they may find themselves out of business once again if they do not play their cards right. Luckily there are enough rich motorcyclists out there to keep them in the black??????
