BIMOTA exhaust options???

For the BIMOTAs with the Ducati DS1100 2 valve engines; there are a few aftermarket exhaust options out there.

Moto Corse makes a full and a slip on system for these bikes. Zard makes slip ons, and says that full systems may be available. Arrow makes slip ons for some and a full system for at least one model.

Other than Moto Corse, Zard, and Arrow, are there anyother systems out there????

What Im looking for is feed back from BIMOTA owners with models using the Ducati DS 1100 2 valve engine ( or similar), and what exhausts they have and how well has the exhaust improved performance.

Any numbers regarding power gains, and/or weight savings would be nice to know as well as the built quality and fit and finish of the items. And of course , how does the bike feel and is the power usable and how is the sound quality........

thanks for your replys

P.S.....I have experience with Arrow systems and some Moto Corse systems for other models, I have seen Zard exhausts but have no direct experience with it.

I welcome any comments in this area

Have Zards on my Tesi 3D, DB5R and DB6R. Never had a stock system on the latter two, but the Tesi runs smoother and stronger with the Zards as compared to the original stock system. Revs freer as well. Nice build quality on these slip ons. Dave

I have a DB6 from 2009 with the complete Zard line but I am not very happy because I have kind of "Hiccups" between 3500 and 5000 rpm. In this range the motorbike cannot be driven smoothly.
The mapping is the one provided for the Zard line but cannot be adjusted properly.
So far no solution found but, as the motorbike response is much better, I keep it as is and wait for a solution.

My wife has Zard in her DB5 S Biposto And I had Moto Corse in my last SB8R.
I think that Moto Corse is the best.
