Wheel weights ????

Does any one know the wheel weights and/or the weight saving when changing the BIMOTA stock OEM Antera wheels for Marchesini magnesium ones?

A fellow BIMOTA owner has an SB8R and wants to remove the stock OEM Antera cast aluminum wheels with some Marchesini magnesium ones.

I know that the stock Antera wheels are super heavy, and the Marchesini magnesium ones are as light weight as you can get next to carbon fiber.

If any one knows this information, even if its a good close guess, your reply is welcomed.

I used to have this information..............until I sold my SB8R. I changed from the lead-like Anteras to CF Dymags and did weigh all 4 wheels................my memory recalls about a 7 kg saving for both wheels. dick
