Shock Spring Rate Chart

Does anyone know where I can access a spring rate chart for setting up my Penske rear shock with the correct spring for my weight? Section 8 used to have one online, but have pulled it down. My bike is an ST4 if it matters. When i ordered the shock it was set up with a spring to handle the weight for for myself and a passenger with gear. I am thinking i would like to have a second spring that is for solo sport riding only. Thanks in advance for the help.

I can help out with the spring rates. It would help me to know your weight and what rate spring you have now. We have a great relationship with Penske as we sell many of their shocks and fork kits.

Penske Shock Spring Specs

The current spring I have mounted is set up for me (205lbs) and wife (150lbs), plus some gear. The spring was marked by hand and the writing came off when i cleaned the area with wd40.

What i am looking for is a spring for just me and minimal gear, say 225lbs total. Let me know what you would recomend and cost.

Thanks,

Ken

Id think you would want something like a 575-600. It would really help to know what you have. it will be etched into the end oof your spring (need to take it off to see). $90 for the spring.
