Hello
just bought a 2005 ST3 with 21,500 miles.

Needs a lot of work

front tire, sprockets, oil change, air filter, new belts and valve adjustment/check as I have not service records. Luckily I have a friend with a ST2 that is a good mechanic.

I ordered the LT Snyder maintenance book and will be digging into this bike shortly.
Lot of good info on this site.

Hello. I see you've been here before. :D

Congratulations on the new 3-valver. We're a breed apart. ;) Be sure to grab a service manual from the Sport Touring Sticky section, but note that some things changed from 2004 to 2005 like the clutch, belt tension, and a few other odds and ends.

I believe the 2004 is the only dry clutch. 05 had a wet clutch too, I'm pretty sure.
