Determining Best Tire Pressures

Above link is the best advice and worth spending some time getting it right...

It would be pointless for me to tell you what I use (based on the info in the link), but I will for comparisons sake.

190 in gear, no hard bags and light luggage in a tail or tank bag if anything. 32F/34R for spirited back road riding (derived from the method in the link) Ducati(ish) recommended pressure for slabbing it 34/36.

Since using the 10/20% method for most of my riding, tires grip like glue, wear is accelerated a bit, but even and I can actually feel when the tires are warm.

Last weekend I did a 300+ mile round trip slab-fest with the 34/36. No flat spot, comfortable ride, decent grip.

I'm currently running Pilot Pures.

You are the man!

Exactly what I needed to read.

Going out now to air up the tires on my newfound reason for existing.

It sounds like you really like the bike. I don't know, just a guess.

Have a good one.
