Replacing the cush bushings

Upon inspecting the rear wheel at 50K miles everything looks good except for some slight play (1 mm) between the cush bushings and rear sprocket flange. Nothing shows excessive wear but is 1 mm within acceptable limits?

If the bushings need to be replaced, is there a recommended removal method?

I didn't see any tolerances mentioned in the service manual?
