That's outrageous.
I'm just about to rip the floorboards up and throw them on the fire

Its 37F here with no rain. Therefore, no complaints. We were blitzed with rain (heavier than usual) earlier this week that had me thinking of an ark. Although, that did give me a chance to rinse of the gooey urea junk they use for anti-icer around here. There was a massive build up on the oil cooler, rad, and exposed bit of the horiz head. Now, it is as clean as it will get until the weather breaks.
Have a good one.

We've had a cold snap here...20s and 30s. They are predicting a 50° day tomorrow though. Maybe I'll squeak in one more ride.

Here in LA, it was 75 today and mid 80s yesterday. Took the bike down to the beach in Santa Monica yesterday ...gotta love those temps as it brings out the girls in their bikinis (very nice!). I just got back into town from Chicago where earlier in the week it was in the 20s and very windy.
