I had a bit of experience with this myself on the 4s.
I found that someone had put two washers of relatively small diameter on the end of RH bar to ensure clearance between the throttle tube and the bar end weight.
I replaced this with two larger diameter stainless washers of 1mm thickness each and that greatly improved things.
On the LHS, I tried the same thing but it made it worse, then I tried three with no effect. I then tried just one and that seemed to tune it out.
So with one 1mm washer ont eh left and two ont he right, a nagging high frequency vibration at 120kph was successfully damped out for the princely sum of nowt.
Result!
