Tail Rack that will fit with OEM Bags

I have an '01 ST4 with factory side bags and mounts. I also have the universal Givi plate for the Maxi. So, now I'm trying to find a rear rack that will mount up with the factory side cases.

I've search the web and the forums and cannot come up with a solid lead. So any help would be appreciated.

It's UK, but will give you an idea on size and price. They may ship overseas??

UPDATE: just checked the link above, takes you to the main accessory page, select Ducati ST3/ST3 ABS and scroll down to see all the accessories still available.

Wow!!

I thought the luggage and rack items were depleted long ago. Good find.

tail rack

Not to boast, but I just scored a Nonfango tail-rack off eBay. Paid a lot for a one that may need the tabs bent back into shape.
This looks like a good thread to hang the question on: Is it designed to be mounted upside-down when there isn't a case on it or is it just ugly by nature? (There doesn't seem to be an inset to the bolt heads if it were to be upside down.)

I emailed them to ask if they actually had this item and their response was that they don't but would order it from Ducati if someone placed an order for one. Since I mentioned to them that the rack is said to be obsolete, they said they would remove the listing from their catalogue if that was the case.
