Is a ECM the same as a ECU??? If not what is the difference???

In what context/from what source are you using the term "ecm"? My guess is it could it be an interchangable term referring to an Electronic Control *Module* as opposed to an Electronic Control *Unit.*

Frank there is a DP ECM for sale in the classifieds. So is that the same as a reflashed ECU??? I am looking for one for my bike since I installed the new slip on DP cans

I think it's just a slightly different term for the same thing ie ecm = ecu/ecu=ecm. Contact the seller to make sure.
