Yes get a set of 749/999 or mille brembo P4 four pad calipers.
I've got them on my ST2 with wave disks and they work a treat with one finger braking.

You could go with the 4 pad calipers that were available on the Superbikes (998S and 749/999) before they all went to radial mounts. You'll need to replace the brake lines as the angle on the banjo fittings is not the same. Supposedly they are a pretty significant upgrade, but I don’t know from experience, just what those who have done it have said.

What are you after? I would say you could also go nuts and drop lots of cash on monoblock race spec units, but to what end?

If you're unhappy with the braking performance, it may be a lot less expensive to buy a different set of pads... If you want eye ball popping stopping power (read harsh in my book) I have a set of EBC HH pads you can have. I have gone to Ferrodo platinum and love them.

Thanks for the offer. I guess what I'm looking for is relief from brake chatter. The brakes stop well enough for me, but the chatter is driving me nuts!
(Insert head slap here!) I should have remembered that I put the 4p/4p Brembos' on my GT when I changed the forks to ST4s's. I suppose once the weather changes, I could try 'em on the ST.

I doubt the calipers cause the chatter you speak of , many have had this problem at some time and it appears to down to various causes , Pad Material build-up , stiff bobbins , badly serviced calipers etc.

If you want better braking thats a different issue of course

I used that tool on my rotors and installed CORSE DYNAMICS Full Floating Rotor Buttons as well.

How do you remove the old buttons? I'm highly considering the "buttons" and wasnt sure how to remove the old ones.

We drilled the old ones out. It was very easy with a drill press.

Our website has an install video when you go to that product:

I used that very tool with just ok results. Got rid of some of the chatter, but it still raises it's ugly little head. I'm going to try the buttons, staring to clutch at straws here.
