st4s rims
Hi. I've been searching around but not found the exact info I need. I've just bought a 1998 ST2, and its set up for the track. I'm wanting to get another set of rims as a spare for quick swaps. I've found a guy parting out his 2002 ST4. Are the rims the same/will they fit?
thanks all.

Sure they will, exactly the same.
But are you track racing as well with this bike, or just road riding?

Very cool, there were some ST4S wheels on fleabay and also the Carozerria(Sp) wheels have come down if you look around. I'm planning on the CZ wheels later, as the stockers weigh a TON.

I installed the OZ Forged Aluminum Wheels and dropped about 10 lbs of rotational unsprung weight over the ST4S cast 5 spoke wheel. These weigh about the same as a set of Marchesini 5 spoke magnesium wheels.
I used a
AFAM Rear Superlite Steel Rear Sprocket - Ducati . These were surprizingly lighter than the 2 piece alum/steel Stealth sprockets that I used on other bikes.

sharkskinz 851 body. I ride an 2004 BMW R1150RTP. What a difference in sound! I've fallen in love with the Ducati exhaust! I'm itching to get a chance to open her up!
