SSSA on an ST
Does a Monster S4R swing arm alter our wheelbases, are they the same or different?

Hello
Pretty much the same, if there's any difference it doesn't appear any greater than what's available in the chain adjustment mechanism.
I'm only stating that because I assembled my "dry-run" bike with the chain from a DSSA.
FWIW...

I've just had a measure up for you Craig.
From the centre of the swinger pivot on my standard ST4 swinger to the centre of the adjustable axle hole is 520mm.
On my S2R/S4R SSSA the measurement is exactly the same to the central point of the eccentric hub adjustment, just confirming Guido's thoughts..

The swinger is a direct replacement.
Moses/Craig, the exhaust from the rear pot won't go down through the S*R swinger, so that will have to be modified/re-thought.
Also the Sachs rear shock with the piggyback reservoir won't work either, as the reservoir will foul on the S*R swinger bracing. The Showa unit and the ST4s Ohlins unit (both with a remote reservoir) will work fine.

You need all the sssa parts from the pivot back, chain guard,fender/hugger,axle,rotor,caliper,hub,sprocket,wheel, the whole bunch and I also used the S2R rearsets.
