ST 2 seat

I am looking for a reasonably priced swap from my stock seat. After looking at the forum I think a Sargent or the "coveted" DP seat is what I am looking for. Anyone can steer me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The stock seat from an 04 upwards ST3 or ST4S is a bloody huge improvement over the 98-2003 STseats.

If you can't find one on ebay, get your stock one re-foamed & covered by an auto upholster.

If Corbin is on your shortlist: I have a corbin canyon close for sale, I had a seat custom made on a different pan. The corbin site has the description.

I also have a Corbin Canyon - the normal, not the close. It's in good condition - has a lot of miles on it so doesn't look new, but not shabby either - has backrest. If you or anyone is interested give me a PM, it's a relatively inexpensive way to try a different seat.

I was reading other posts about the Corbin and from my understanding it drops the riding position down a bit. I am 6'4" and I don't know if that would be an issue or not? Any advice will be well taken. Thanks!

Hi Matt,

I'm 6ft, & long in the legs, & would like the seat to be maybe an inch higher and more room to push back into. Try the Corbin or Sargents, but I think a custom seat will suit you better, get yours refoamed & shaped to suit.

I recently picked up a seat from a 2007 ST3 on Ebay. While I have not yet had time to take any long rides on it, the short rides that I have taken do suggest that it is a marked improvement over the original seat on my 2002 ST2.
I'm happy with it so far.

ST2 seat

Where would I send my seat to get custom fit and padded?

I recently swapped the stock seat on my 99 ST4 for one from a later model ST and its a MASSIVE improvement. They pop up on eBay every now and then and they're not nearly as costly as the seargent or corbin

I have a stock seat off 2004 ST4s and a Sargent. I'll take $100 for the stock seat and $375 for the Sargent.
