99 ST4 REAR SHOCK Showa with Ohlins Spring
I just picked up a Showa rear shock, but it has an Ohlins spring on it.
The Ohlins number on it is 01092-54 / 140 L485
Can anyone tell me what weight rider this is best suited too? & or what the numbers mean?
Thanks in advance,
Craig

The spring rate is 140 n/mm.
That is really stiff. My guess is that two up with loaded bags would be its calling.
For perspective, the stock Ohlins spring for the ST3s (and ST4s I'm pretty sure) is a 1092-31/95, which is 95 n/mm.
