Hello from NS & Fairing Question - Ducati.ms

Hi Folks,

Picked up a 1999 ST4 back in July & have been lurking around here ever since. Great site, lots of info!

Looking to start some winter work on the ST4 soon, part of which includes replacing a broken lower left fairing (missing a chunk of plastic). I see a number of these on ebay but none are an exact match for model year.

Spent quite a bit of time doing google searches & forum searches but can't seem to find a list of interchangeable fairing parts for the ST models - does anyone know where this can be found? (color is not important, going to paint it anyhowz).

Since you have a 99, any 98 to 03 is the same. 04 and above lower fairings are close, uppers are not interchangeable. Good luck and welcome.

Welcome. You probably want something like this: 1998 Ducati ST2 Left Side Lower Fairing | eBay

A bit dinged up, but it seems serviceable, especially if you intend to paint. Your painter will be able to work wonders with the item. You would want to get more information (no breaks, cracks, stashes of contraband), but there are several out there. As Max said, all the 98-03 bikes fairings are the same.

va duc, C-simian - thanks for the info. Suspected there were several model years that were interchangeable but wanted some reassurance before ordering.
