Huston Superbike Ducati ECU Re-Flash

For my 2003 ST4s, Huston Superbikes said that all that is needed to enjoy the performance improvement from a new ECU is a re-flashed ECU, $250, shipping costs, and a re-set of the TPS. My bike has two 2 1/2"holes in the airbox and rather open Remus cans - no other upgrades to ignition, fuel or breathing.

Has anyone done this upgrade, and how would the improvement in performance be characterized? Better yet, has anyone done a pre/post dyno run?

Thanks for any inputs or insights,

I've posted much about it myself, and I think others have as well. Do it. You will be happy with. I'd say you will need to do more than just reset the TPS though. You should do a TPS, TB sync, CO and fuel trim set for the best outcome. The reflashed ECU is pretty much the same as the original DP ECU. You will lose the ability to start the bike on the side stand unless you also install a bypass kit. I didn’t bother; I just start it on the center stand to warm up.
