reservoir covers

I have done some searches on the board but have not been able to find any info on anodized reservoir covers. Both of mine on the STS look ghastly and it would be nice to find something better.

Any info out there or here that I missed?

Mad Dog - Is that the old or new reservoirs ?
For the old you can get Mad Duc and for the new there are chinese but without the etching. The former are nicer IMO.

I'm working out issues with a company in Hong Kong now; the anodized cover for the clutch was machined improperly (doesn't leak) and they are sending me a new set. The registered mail package for the first set took 30-days; I've offered to leave no negative feedback if they ship the new set via 2-business days mail. And I saved $10 by not buying from someone in the US (poor decision on my part).

Bottom line: I won't buy from this company in Honk Kong any more and don't recommend buying from them: mcmotoparts

If you have the 'old style' ST's then these look pretty sweet, but a little pricey......
Fluid tanks universal by Rizoma Bikes Accessories

For the 'new style' ST's, these look good! cant beat a little carbon bling!.....

This may be too trailer-park for you, but mine wire brushed out real well and flat black rattle can made them look oem. Before that they looked cancerous.

Desmo Times

I recently bought a set from LT and they look great. Unlike the picture on the Desmo Times website, these had "Ducati" etched on the surface. I think they were around $75 per set.

Hmm What type of screw driver did you use?? I would touch them up a bit where the driver has removed the paint...just saying
