Which axle socket tool to buy?

Hi
I want to buy a axle socket for my st3 rear wheel, and I dont find nothing but for the 748 and 1098.
Do any of you know which is the equivalent?

And... do you any ebay seller whose sells both rear axle socket and front wheel alignement pin?

Thanks in advance!!!

I believe the rear is a 30mm socket.

You can get a great set of metric impact sockets from Harbor Freight for less than $20. The set I got didn't come with a 22mm for the fronty axles, though.

Have a good one.

This from DesmoTimes is great. I carry one with me in my tool kit. I've checked with a torque wrench and when I use this just to the point where it starts to hurt mt hand the torque is perfect. It also has a hex on the other end for the little tensioner bolt. PLUS it weighs next to nothing.

PS. I know it's sideways but I'm drinking some wine right now. It going to stay that way.

To plug it into the left side of the swingarm... btw, I have normal 22 ans 30 sockets...

¿what about the axle alignement tool?

Thanks!

I have never seen one for the rear in a 30 mm like your picture shows. There are some listed for the 1098 but no reason to pay 36.00 bucks for a tool you will only use half of. Just a standard 30mm socket will do. I also have the tool Duckman indicated. Chances are you will need to tighten the chain, or remove the rear to fix a flat while on the road and that's where that tool shines!

Here is one for the front, its a 28 mm.
motomfg- Ducati tools and quality billet accessories,

They also have the alignment tool, depending on which one you need.

I have one of these and it is great for removing the front axle.

I'm confused. The left side has a big hex opening but I've never had to put anything in it to keep the axel from turning while torquing the nut.

Ummm, a size 17 mm hex will work there.

This is the best tool I've used for checking alignment.
