Poll: Did you name your bike?
My wife calls her "Baby"
I go with that, but she's "Sweet A.." to me..........

16 years ago I took my Italian girlfriend on a ride across Europe from Holland through to Southern Italy, then back up through Sardenia, Corsica, France.
I now have 2 teenage daughters, a recently acquired S4R, christened Fiorella, after my current wife. Both excellent rides .

I got my bike used and it came with the personalized plate that reads RED PATO, pato is Spanish for duck. I don't call it anything but the Duc, a friend calls it The Pato. An ex-girlfriend recently bought a red Kawasaki and calls it Ruby, must be a chick thing to give them a name.

My girlfriend has named mine mostly based on perceived tank color:
La Chromata (LeMans with aluminum tank)
La Beige (SS1000DS with unpainted ETI tank)
La Nera (ST2)
La Rossa (999R) (this one is always spoken with a certain disgust in her voice)
Il Sidecar (LeMans w/ sidecar), the only masculine named one
Tom
