Does Ducati.ms need a Forum for Vender and Product Reviews and consumer feedback

This post is central to Ducati.ms comunity.

Please vote as to whether the Ducati.ms Portal should add a sub forum that allows members to provide or inquire about information on vendor/dealer products, goods and services. Could include information regarding new or existing products, quality, safety, value, reliability etc. May provide context for personal experience with various supplies of Ducati goods and services.

Simply vote:
#1. Yes
#2. No
#3. Don't Care

Idea is to gauge interest and provide that to the Ducati.ms Portal Owners/Management for them to decide whether or not to take action.

I think it's fine, as long as complaints are posted as a last resort. I seriously do not want to hear about stories like the last two where things were left out or not enough work by the customer complaining were the subject. That's where things get picky. I think if there is a complaint in a vendor forum, someone should just post the companies name and request to be emailed about it from curious 3rd parties. Otherwise, it's just opening up a can of worms. How do you moderate problem posts about vendors when you dont' know both sides of the story? Why must a vendor worry about defending their name on a public forum everytime someone complains? That's a lot of time and effort they shouldn't have to worry about if the customer would just put more attention into contacting the company before posting problems.

feedback

i think its a good idea, same as any forum, if someone goes off and you dont like it then stop reading. but if 25 people have had a bad or good experience with a supplier/shop/person i would sure like to know!
