my pick to win will be Val....as tight and harsh as that circuit can be for the bikes in general and moreso to the GP bikes...its going to boil down to who hits the 1st turn and maintains the lead which I think Val can and will do...kinda like Nitro Nori did the 1st race of the WSBK 1st race...only Val won't let the opportunity happen to get into a battle situation like Haga did with Kagayama!

My immediate first (obvious) choice would have been Rossi, but (apparently) they are having problems with the bike which both Rossi and Collin's test times are showing... who knows, maybe it's just a media event, or intended psycho-strategy... in any case, I am puttin a nervous bet on Loris.

I'm going with Sete. He won here back in '04, I think, in the rain and I think his luck has changed with riding the Duc.

I think Capirossi can get on there because he's been very fast lately, and his bike is really running fast... even faster than the Yamahas.

That said, of course Rossi is still the favorite.
