Racer or non Racer
It seems the racers are always bashing the non racers. They imply that if you don't race your Ducati you waste it. How many of each or both do we have here?

fwiw there's a difference from just track riding and racing. Not sure why you claim all racers think that if you don't race a Ducati then you waste it. The full potential of a racing Ducati (club level) is not really that great compared to I4's so what exactly are people wasting?
BTW - I voted both since I currently race and street my Duc and also race an I4.

There's nothing to click for "Bitter Ex-Racers that are Legends In Their Own Minds"...
I have nothing against non-racers (I is one now), but I wish more track day riders would understand that there is a very big difference in what they are doing and actual drop the flag, take no prisoners, sort it out in turn one racing. They are riding a warm up lap pace. Racers race!

I'm just a poser who pretends to be a street rider, but really I just trailer my Ducati everywhere I go. Have I shown you guys my billet 'Starbucks Racing' coffee mug holder that does double duty as a camera mount? If I go slow enough, I can totally fill my mug and not spill a drop during parking lot posing manuevers. If that doesn't count as using my Duc to some of it's full potential, then I don't know what is.
Don't go thinking all my posts are smart ass natured, just this one. I am a REAL street rider.

My original list was going to be something like this: You professionally race Ducati's and don't like people who just ride theirs.
You Professionally race and are indifferent to others just riding theirs.
You Professionally race and like others that just ride.
The Professional race part would be replaced by track day rider, then street and track rider, then just street rider. I realized I would have to pose a buttload of options and I hadn't formulated exactly what I would ask the street only riders. So I asked the simplest form of the question. Give me a little help here guys. If you wanted to poll track and non track riders to see how they felt about the others use of a Ducati what options would you formulate?

An example
You don't like people who race because the thought of a rare Ducati flipping through the grass exploding in to a million pieces makes you feel sick.

I'm pretty much street only. I've done a couple of trackdays, and really liked it, but for the cost and time involved, my wife and I figure we can ride 600-1000 miles in a weekend and have two overnight stays for a weekend bike ride together, so.....that's what we've been doing (combined total mileage for this year is 33k miles, so far).
If I could afford it, I'd love to race my 748. I'd want to do it just for the fun of it. One of my "life-goals" is to get my race license and compete in at least one race......just like I want the last four continental states to complete the "Continental 48 on Two-Wheels".
