I have over 25 posts, been a member since '08 and I am also a lifetime member.

I still can't post to classifieds, why?

You just made your last four qualifying posts today. I think it takes a little while for the software to catch up.

That's just a guess based on watching what happens here. I also get guys with 12 posts in the classifieds and nobody knows why, so...anything's possible!

You should get special consideration for the best avatar anyway!
