Ducati.ms = Bing's Biatch?
Anyone else having issues with trying to get to www.ducati.ms and being sent to Bing ( www.bing.com) first with ducati.ms being shown as a web search?
Every time, for about a week, I try to type in the website address to get here, I wind up at Bing. If I retype the ducati.ms address, I will get here with the second attempt. Just seems awefully F'ed up that the first attempt keeps landing me at Bing.

Sounds like you've got a redirect hijack bug......have you tried http://adblockplus.org/en/ free app, I've had great luck with it.
Not a commercial message...personal experience

Sounds like somebody needs to clear their cookies...and maybe download and run CCleaner occasionally.
What browser are you using?
BTW, thread moved...

Probably not a hijack, but your friendly monopoly of choice "helping."
If you're on a PC and you recently updated Explorer to version 8, it could be a micro$oft issue. They're pushing Bing so hard it's difficult to get it out of IE8. (I did finally manage to do it on my PC.)
Also, your ISP could be trying to "help" you as well. Comcast hijacked my searches for a while to their search page as an "upgrade" to my service. I typically use a Mac so I can skip the "www." and ".com" in the address bar and the mac auto adds it, except when Comcast changed things to be more helpful, it all of a sudden started going to their search page instead.
I finally got it turned off, but it was real pain and I had to reboot everything.

I would bet you have a virus, redirects like that generally are.

Seriously doubt it.
I just got a brand spankin' new laptop at work yesterday morning, and it has happened every time I've tried to log in to this site - starting with the very first. This happened with the old laptop that was two years old, also. To make it more confusing, this is the only address that does it. None of the other forums or sites I go to go to Bing first. I have also not noticed this with my home computer. Come to think of it, I may go check what the Lab computer does.
As for "Favorites", I do have this site listed, but I can type www.ducati.ms much faster than it takes me to click on the drop-down box and find the site. I tend to type a LOT. In the two years I had my previous work computer, I wore about 25% of the letters off of the keys and took the texture off of just as much of the tops of the keys. Heck, my computer at the house has the space bar worn down significantly where I always slap it with my right thumb. I waiting for it to develop a hole.
Edit: I went down to the lab and used the computer there, and it did the same thing - except it has Google as the search engine this time. The laptop is a wireless connection and the Lab computer is a LAN line. It must be something to do with the company's servers or something. It is just weird how it only does this with ducati.ms, though.
