I can log in fine usually, but sometimes it just kinda craps out. Or I log in and one of the frames just doesn't work. Says something about "registering your product"?! Not sure if that's detailed enough here let me copy and paste the message it gives:

Failed to Open 'INBOX'
While talking to your Mail server it stated
that you need to register it. It said:

below that is says this:
You should talk to your system administrator about this as they will need to register the mail server.
This error screen will keep displaying now and again until the product has been registered.
SurgeMail is probably being used which is a Netwin product. Netwin's products can be purchased from the following URL:
