Spy/malware "helper.dll", "helper.sig"

Is anyone else getting hit with the "helper.dll" and/or "helper.sig" malware?
These files would be found in your local disk C:\Program Files\Common.

First time I got it was with a McAfee buffer overflow error. McAfee was useless for removal, and finally after some research was able to get rid of both. Today, helper.dll was found and McAfee seems to have been able to quarantine it along with another.

Just wondering if Ducati.ms is the source for this trojan?

I don't think this is the source. I check in here frequently and I haven't had either of the files show up.
