Posting with an attachment file - PDF - Ducati.ms

Hello:
I'm trying to post an attachment of an Adobe Acrobat Reader file (.pdf) sized at 133KB. I insert a bit of text and title to let the reader know what I'm posting and then go to the 'manage attachments' click-box. I find the pdf in my files and then click 'upload'. It indicates the upload 'failed'. I tried to do it in MS Word with similar results. I didn't want to post it all as text as it is a long-winded write-up on my experience installing a DP full Termi exhaust system and would make for a really long post.

Here's the attachment. Nope. It gives me this message:
Termignoni Exhaust System write-up.pdf:
Upload of file failed.
Suggestions?

I'll see if our IT team can weigh in here because you should have no problem attaching a .pdf file with a post.

I figure it should work... it just doesn't. I emailed the attachment to myself at work to use a different OS and PC. Same results, "upload failed". The posting Rules indicates that "You may post attachments". I've tried turning off anything associated with my TrendMicro anti-virus s/w and also turned off the MS Internet Explorer "protection" to no avail.
