How do I get an email address?

Hi, when I click on new email and select "new user" sign up etc it says "self creation process disabled".

I tried logging in with my user name and password but it doesn't accept it - I guess I still don't have an email account @ducati.ms

How then can I get a @ducati.ms email address?

Membership here is free but an email address does require a donation of $12.00 or more per year.
