Not getting email notifications
Starting about a week or two ago, i stopped receiving email notifications for replies to subscribed threads and new private messages. I used to receive them with no problem. I have checked my UserCP to verify that instant notifications are on and that my email is correct. I have also checked my email's junk account to make sure it wasnt going there. Still nothing has worked. Any idea on why im not seeing email notifications?

I have exactly the same problem, only difference is that I have it since day 1; it didn't just stopped working, it hasn't worked at all. I have also verified and checked everything too as F27Corsair did.

I don't think it's been working properly for a few weeks because I'm not getting any either. I did notify the technical support people and have been waiting to hear back so I will let you know as soon as they let me know. Sorry for the issues.

Interesting...
I cleared out my complete browsing history yesterday (TIF's, cookies, passwords, etc) which included automatically logging me off ducati.ms. I logged back in to ducati.ms today and received an email notification off a new post on a subscribed thread.
Can someone send me a test PM? I'll report back if i get an email and see if that solved the problem.

I didn't reset anything, it was an issue on the server end of things.
