email system down?
Is there a problem with the the Ducati.ms email system? I was able to get in and get some mail on Monday but now it will not accept my user name or password. I'm only being impatient now because I am waiting for the DucShop to send me a copy of my new PCIII map and Dyno results and I cant stand the wait! Thanks

Hi Axil,
Are you using the web interface? or pop/imap?
I just sent a test message. Can you confirm you got it or not? As well, are you getting an error message when you log in?
We'll get this fixed for ya.

I usually use POP (with the password saved) but it kept asking for the password again. I then tried the Web interface and got an user name / password incorrect error. I kept trying later in the day and was able to get on at least once but then not again. I did try just now and got your message and sent a reply. I have made sure I typed the password correct each time, (it was saved on the POP side) so it seems to be sporadic? Anybody else have this happening? Thanks for you efforts.

Would this be a good place to ask how do I enable the email facility? For some reason my post never attracted any attention from the help team .

Axil,
Thanks for the information. I'm going to look into it again today. Can you tell me what address you are using for the POP access?

Sorry, I missed your post before. Your email is automatically set up when you become a paying member. Your questions about links should be answered here: http://www.ducati.ms/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode

Thanks Admin, Sorry for the delay in getting back, I was out of town. Thew POP access address I use is " email.ducati.ms " I just tried again and was not able to get thru. I have double checked the password and user name and they seem to be OK as I am able to log in & out of the ducati.ms site. Thanks again for your efforts
