site doesn't "remember" my last visit

I posted this in chit chat and have now discovered its rightful home.

When I visit ducati.ms (multiple times per day), most of the time the site doesn't "remember" my last visit and thus incorrectly displays new posts.

Someone suggested I have to delete all cookies and temp files before logging on again, but I don't see how this would solve the problem.

Any idea what might be causing this?

One of the things that may cause this is having the security settings set too high on your browser.
