Where and is it okay?

I want to post a thread to see if I can get fellow members to meet for a ride and conversation in the future. Is this permissible and where should I post the thread?

Loose details: Dallas area Ducatistis, lets meet at gas station X on Saturday 7/28 at 8:00 am. Ride north to Sherman area for breakfast. Finish the morning off with a ride through backroads back to Dallas.
