New Thread/Reply Display - Ducati.ms

Hey - on the 'old' site when veiwing the forums, there were telltales that showed you new threads and new replies to threads. I haven't seen this on the new site - other than the 'jump to newest reply' icon and the bold blue characters. This would almost work (in my little, little world) except for the fact that a few times i have backed out to the thread listing for a forum and have had all the 'new' icons and bold characters disappear/unbold. I know that I have not been reading some new posts/replies because of this. Am I missing something that would give me a similiar accounting for new thread/replies?

OK - so if I thought to look at the very bottom of the forums page I would have seent the table of icons and what they mean. Seems I have yet again fallen to one of my Four Maxims of Life.

1. Everyone breaks the law
2. Eveyone is a hypocrite
3. Nobody reads
4. People are stupid

umm, maybe two outta four. . .
