Security token prevents uploading?

When attempting to upload pics I get this from Ducati.MS:

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly please inform the administrator (underlined) and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

Any ideas what this means and how it ca be corrected? Is it on my end or yours...

There's another member, LuckyDux, who is having this same problem with attachments.

I can't see anything that would cause it on my end. I used another laptop and my desk top and it does the same thing......Oh well no pics for the members to see
