749 how to set the timing belt and valve? need assistance(see video and photo)

hello, belts have been removed, but not save the information how put the valve label , but when i exhibited like colored - knocks a valve or a wedge.
whith trials and exposed that would knocks was not(see photos), but will not start, and sometimes loud exhaust shoots.
before start and run are ideal..
Please help, hope basically on your forum, because there are no experts in the vicinity.

I tried lot of positions, like that video and pictures, and many other variants.

From your original pictures, it appears the previous owner put blue paint marks on each pulley and engine case. Match the pulley marks with the adjacent marks on the engine case and confirm that the layshaft pulley dot is lined up with the line on the engine case next to it. That will be proper timing (horizontal cylinder at TDC compression).

This is what I'm talking about.

And be sure to turn the motor over by hand to make sure the valves aren't hitting the pistons first. You want to confirm that the marks are ok before trusting them.

The "T" shape notches should be at the same angle. Doing so will have the blue marks in the middle position it seems.
