Your stock US-spec ECU has been recalled via a Ducati service bulletin. The procedure is to replace the stock module with an UK-EU spec module. It only take a few minutes to do the swap... something that can be done while you wait. It's all covered under warranty and shouldn't cost you a dime.
My mechanic (Ken @ TT MCs) used a computer tablet device to read all the codes, clear-out any old errors and I think calibrated some sensor(s).
I know I got back the same red key I gave them and I don't even recall them having to use it. Can anyone else verify this?
