Well, if anyone heads over here, let me know. I'm a good tour guide.

My nephew came over this summer and I let him take my SS, and we road around a couple days. He had a great time.

I probably don't have to tell you, but the best software for video editing is made for Mac; many documentaries and films even (made with digital video) have been edited using Mac. I have a lot of interest in editing film, I have even done a little (on a Mac), and while I am a PC guy, I will definitely be investing in a Mac should I decide to go further with my interest - and, of course, there are some excellent DV camcorders available in the $3-6k range.

I ended up buying the the sportbikecam mount and an aftermarket gas cap (lighttech).

Thanks again, and good work.

AVID, the daddy of all video editing programs runs on PCs mostly and much less so on Macs. Final Cut Pro is the second best and it runs only on Macs.

Take me next time. I'll even ride bitch.

Thanks so much for posting up your report. I know it had to be a lot of work to put this all together.

I won't ride bitch but what fantastic pictures! Must have been a great ride. I was surprised at all the traffic on the vids though. Must be a popular tourist routes and the right time of the year. I'd love to do that ride some time though.

Sorry but I have to disagree with everyone about the music on the vids though. It doesn't match the tempo of the roads. Especially the first one. That music seems about right for a Lexus. You must have been riding a BMW Come on now, fess up. You were not on a Ducati or the music would have been a bit spicier.
