Guide me through Pittsburgh
This summer I'm making a round the country trip on my ST3. I used to live in Meadville, PA. and I recall making numerous trips to Pittsburgh -- where I generally got lost! I would appreciate getting some advice from native Pittsburghers about a route I could follow that would allow me to see the interesting sights. I would like to include at least the following: downtown (the eclectic areas, maybe Market Square?); the hills to the south with the neat little routes up the steep sections (Mt. Washington?); the cobblestone-paved areas; all those neat bridges (can't see 'em all, but I'd like to catch the best); the Carnegie Mellon/U. Pittsburgh area; the U.S Steel factory (just northwest of Pittsburgh?). I'm sure I'm missing something I shouldn't.
I'm hoping to get some recommendations of streets and roads to follow so I can let me GPS know where I want to go. I'll be coming from Meadville down back roads, eventually heading to Morgantown. If you can provide me with a list of intersections and/or specific landmarks, I would be MOST appreciative.
