3-19-08 ride to WY for Dinner.
Wednesday we rode to Sheridan for fun and stayed for dinner.
The 1st 3 photos are on the way, just across the WY border. The last 2 are one our way home, with 55 miles to go. It never got over 50deg, and when I took the last 2 photos, it was 44deg. and the sun was getting low.
I thought I got a great photo of my 1098 till I got home and loaded up the photos. I left my yellow cold weather gloves on my bike!! As seen in the photo of Candice, she was freezing and wanted to get home.

You Montanians are tough. While I don't consider those temps cold, I would be freezing to death if I wore a lightweight jacket like you are wearing.

When we moved to the PNW from Chicagoland in 1991, we drove US 14 between Sheridan and Greybull on our way to Yellowstone. Do you get to ride that road much? As I recall it had some great twisites.

Yes Bill, and over to HW 14 alt to Lovell. Nice loop. Still to much ice to head up the mountain. May might be better.
100 mile to the base of it, we used to trailer the sport bikes to Dayton, the do 150 miles of twisty, load up and come home. Them Pirelli Dragon Super Corsa Pro get kinda spendy running strait down the road. Now with the cost of fuel, it looks like we will be doing some 350 mile days. Now you ST guys may not think thats to bad, but we will see if my Wife back will allow it.
BTW Bill, is there a road you dont know in Montana.
Ted
