Any info on Nova Scotia

I am going to take a tour with my bride to Nova Scotia this summer. Has anyone been there? Looking for any recommendations on roads/sightseeing/points of interest.

What do you want to know? I went to school there and lived in New Brunswick for 19 years.

Cabot Trail in Cape Breton is at the top the list, I'd need to know where you are heading to give you some other good places. There's Advocate Harbour and Cape D'or in the southerly area, then lots of backroads I know on the North shore and around the Cape Breton border... I can also tell you what to avoid because it isn't worth it, or how to avoid the highway going along the main routes...

I'm headng up to NS in a few weeks with friends, so I figured I'd hijack the thread. We went a few years ago and found out we needed more time than we had! We're heading from Yarmouth to Wolfville, staying near the Grand Pre winery etc. High points besides the Cabot? We did some great riding (and eating and drinking) last time but just ran out of time.
