Virginia: Quick trip, Lynchburg - Natural Bridge and back
Hello all!
Don't forget to change the image quality to 720p !
Last night I randomly realized that my iphone slips perfectly between my breath guard/nose/cheek guards in my scorpion exo 750. Took a test ride, and realized I could use it for rides!
I ALSO downloaded an app for my iphone called GPSspeed HD: It maps my routes that I ride, as well as the speed, the elevation of the trip, and the g's that I pull. For 2 dollars, a fantastic app!
For the life of me, I could not figure out how in the world to use the data once I exported it from my phone. It allows you to email a "trip" via email in either a GPX, CSV, HST, archive (zipped), or KML extension. I know that google earth and maps uses the GPX and KML but for the life of me I could not figure out how to put two and two together.
So after spending hours editing, reviewing, uploading, and formatting the video I took on the way back from Natural Bridge... I kind of gave up trying to figure it out and just took screen shots from the app itself, and uploaded them to photobucket.
Enjoy!

Niccee...I just downloaded that Iphone app because I read your post lol I'll look forward to using it if my MV ever gets fixed (heres what it looks like right now https://picasaweb.google.com/1086269...88737894620722). I live in Virginia too, in Blacksburg, wish I would see a 999 around here, you must be the only guy in Lynchburg with one, lol. I like my Brutale, but I still want a 999.......

Good grief.. seeing that Brutale like that is sickening man!
And, a lot of the kids around Liberty talk about how they "had a 999 back home" but can't even remember the year, or if it was a 999 or a 749. I feel pretty special in a sea of harleys and gixxers.

LOL, Yeaaa....there the same people who can't tell the difference when they dub over an inline 4 exhaust sound over a Ducati in movies......as for the brutale, imagine how I feel lol......I'm trying to love the MV, it's defiantly an awesome motorcycle, but I dunno I think I have Ducati fever or something because that's all I think about when I'm on the Brutale ....plus I get about 30 miles to the gallon which isn't great...but being a poor college student I guess I'm lucky to have it so maybe I'll just shutup and hope my hub gets fixed before it snows here lol

Tell me about it, I use it on cruise trips when I know I won't be speeding just in case a cop pulls me over because I'm young, and riding a red "crotch rocket".
